Arise With God - Widow's Retreat

In 2021, my husband and I both lost our fathers within a few short months of each other, a devastating loss that left our families incomplete and our young mothers, widowed. 

By the grace of God, their friendship with one another has deepened in the midst of shared loss, strengthening and blossoming into ARISE with GOD.

ARISE is faith-based a young widow's retreat hosted by my mom, Julie, and my husband, Levi’s mom, Christie.   

At its retreats, attendees are treated to the solace of nature, good food, companionship, speakers and shared wisdom, the comfort of live music, campfires, Mass and bonding activities such as bread-baking classes and massages. 

The retreat is free of charge to attendees, and therefore depends entirely on the kindness and donations of others.
